Counselling

Counselling

There are times when many of us could benefit from a helping hand. Sometimes, speaking in confidence with someone who is trained to listen can be hugely beneficial.

Counselling can help in a number of ways, for example:

  • providing support during particularly challenging times, whether at home or at work
  • helping you explore and resolve relationship difficulties
  • helping you to consider a situation from a new perspective
  • providing a space for you to think out loud if you have a tough decision to make
  • providing an opportunity to explore an issue and gain valuable insights
  • assisting you in developing more effective coping strategies

People speak with counsellors about a whole host of issues, too numerous to list here.  However, if there is something that is concerning you and impacting on your enjoyment of life, then it is a valid issue to contact us about.  Rachael has considerable experience and has worked with a broad range of issues - please feel free to contact her to discuss anything prior to making an appointment.
